Considerations for the live chat
Since the live chat button will connect you directly with the respective operator responsible for your booking or your question the live chat feature will only be available during our office times:
01:00 AM to 09:00 AM London (UTC) time
09:00 AM to 17:00 PM Beijing time
20:00 PM to 04:00 AM New York time
You can check if the live chat feature is available by taking a look at the live chat button:
If the chat icon is green and a name is displayed on its side, our live chat feature is online and available.
If the icon is gray and no name is displayed, we are currently out of office times.

Security Concern
The live chat will be handled by the Windows Live Messenger. You don´t need to register or login to use this feature. Just type in your name or an anonymous alias (e.g. "Guest") and the chat will start.
If you want to chat through your own Windows Live Messenger account, just login to your account in the new chat window. Your login data will be safe and will not be validated or processed by this website, but by the official Windows Live Messenger website. Separating this information stricly from our website is the reason for the new chat window pop-up.
